Our discussion was filled with positive energy as Francois walked us through his personal development journey and its most important lessons. He shared how becoming a taekwondo champion taught him the value of having a clear vision, being consistent, and being persistent when things get tough. As a professional, he built on these and practiced activity management to avoid procrastination and distractions that kept him from his goals.
