Dr. Garv mainly works with women of color who are struggling to push their careers forward. She shared how she helps her clients re-discover their aspirations, dig deep into their limiting beliefs and figure out how to address themselves which allows them to build and become more confident to speak up and successfully achieve their professional and personal goals.
