In this episode, we sat down with award-winning Leadership Expert in Human Behavior and Certified Master Coach, Lisa Marie Platske who shared her journey from being in banking to working in law enforcement to now executive training and coaching.
Lisa shared how her experience in each field prepared her to be the person she is right now. Especially her career in law enforcement which taught her to pay close attention to the way people operate and how they are hardwired.
This experience strengthened her passion for understanding how humans react to circumstances. As a coach, she also emphasizes the importance of listening in order to help clients make a bigger and positive impact in their workplace and the world.
